Rewiring Pain Online: How I Use PRRT™ through Zoom Coaching

Most people think healing takes time. But the nervous system works in real time—and when you speak its language, the changes can be instant.

PRRT™ (Primal Reflex Release Technique) is one of the fastest, most intelligent ways I’ve found to reset the nervous system, override pain patterns, and drop the body into a deep parasympathetic state. It’s so effective, I use it every day. And yes—it works through a screen.

PRRT™ targets the root of chronic pain: the survival-based reflexes stuck in your autonomic nervous system. These primitive responses (like flinching, guarding, bracing, or freezing) are meant to protect you. But after injury, trauma, or prolonged stress, they often get locked on. Your body keeps defending itself long after the threat is gone. Over time, this can affect your digestion, breathing, immunity, posture—even your ability to think clearly.

What makes PRRT™ so powerful is its ability to down-regulate the sympathetic nervous system almost immediately. Using fast, targeted stimulus—sometimes paired with distraction, breath holds, or reciprocal muscle activation—we interrupt those outdated reflex loops and reset them. The result? Your body drops its armor. Pain vanishes. Muscles switch back on. The vagus nerve lights up. And the healing state returns.

Think of it like acupuncture without needles. Instead of poking meridians, we hijack reflex arcs. Instead of pressing into fascia, we wake up the nervous system directly. This work aligns with ancient practices—like auricular point therapy and vagal stimulation—but with modern speed and strategy.

In online sessions, I guide clients step by step. Whether you’re working alone or with a partner, I’ll show you how to stimulate specific reflex points, activate prime movers, and breathe your body back into balance. I’ve seen clients across the globe let go of pain they’ve carried for decades—often in less than 15 minutes.

One of the core principles I use is reciprocal inhibition: when you contract one muscle, the body reflexively relaxes its opposite. By using this system strategically, we can shut off guarding and reactivate muscles that were neurologically shut down—sometimes for years. I’ve watched people go from frozen, hunched, or dependent on a walker to moving freely in a single session.

But beyond the physical, PRRT™ is a nervous system therapy. It’s a shortcut to turning off fight-or-flight. The same circuits that create chronic tension are the ones that keep the body stuck in survival. When those circuits are interrupted, healing doesn’t just happen—it accelerates.

This is why I use PRRT™ as a core tool in my coaching work. Because your healing isn’t just emotional or mental. It’s biological. And until your nervous system feels safe, no change will hold.

PRRT™ shows your body what safety feels like again. Once it calms, everything else—clarity, vitality, intuition, movement—can return.
